Since the moment I decided to make a commitment to grow my Brand and fully dive into my Business, I have made some hard but necessary mistakes that affected the development and growth of my brand. After those upside-downs, I could now see clearly what I was doing wrong, so I took the right steps to change it as soon as I could.
And now I am thinking of you who might be going through these blocks, as I did in the past, this is why I wanted to share with you some lessons learned during that time I develop and grow my Holistic Coaching business before you spend your money on a fancy website, Facebook ads or getting a new certification.
So you can avoid making this mistakes and save money!
My first Holistic Coaching program which I launched back in 2019 “The Creator’s Map” flopped, nobody signed up. The main reason was that my energy and focus were on multiple projects, I wasn’t committing to my growth.
I was avoiding it by procrastinating and multitasking.
When we are attentive to different projects, our minds can’t center on the one who is more important to us. Usually, we lose time trying to build each part of a whole that maybe will never work.
Also, it is common that people develop this attitude in front of their goals without actually noticing it. So my advice here is: focus, focus, focus on just one important thing which is your brand.
People say that you have to do what you love and make it your job. This way you will never feel like you are working. It is true, but when you obsess with it without have into consideration other important factors, this perspective can change.
I focused so much on creating content and nothing else, I didn’t invest time, money, or energy. If you are serious about growth, then stop being a content creator! Content is a powerful tool, but it doesn’t create the results you want in your client. Creating more results = more impact, and higher impact means higher sales.
Love what you do but learn to separate your job from your hobby. I’m pretty sure this will help you to get harmony in your life and business, and you will get better and better.
I had to train my mindset to be “unbreakable” because during this whole journey your mindset will be constantly challenged with the impostor syndrome… and multiple other syndromes, I must say.
You need to learn to stand up over and over, shine and scream to the world you are capable and ready to offer a wild transformation for your Client.
Without confidence, we hardly can achieve our goals. You have to trust in yourself and the work you do that much to be your own #1fan.
Please avoid a scarcity mindset, focusing only on a single session or the upcoming weekend workshop you just imagined in your head.
Instead, create a powerful program based on an objective/goal that requires long-term commitment from your future Dream Client, through a higher transformation.
Think about long-term success.
